Located in Brussels, Aspria Roosevelt will restore the site of the former Solvay Sports club, creating one of the most exclusive and unique clubs in Europe.
The Solvay legacy
Founded in 1889, the Château at 80, Avenue du Pérou was a former private home of the Solvay family.
A unique environment
The site features an arboretum of tree species, including notable sequoia specimens, collected and preserved by the Solvay family. Development of the site will respect and protect this legacy, incorporating progressive environmental practices.
Designed for health
Inspired by the Brussels expo of 1958, the site was developed into a sports facility for Solvay employees. Aspria Roosevelt will honour this ambition, restoring the site as a centre of health and wellbeing.
